These entities have a fixed supply of 100 shares and the autonomy to set the % fees on purchases of their shares up to 10% and to shape functional characteristics of their shares such as specific features or privileges linked to these shares.

The creator will also receive 2% on all purchases and sales of his shares on marketplace.
